Professional field-report application

What this app does

Safety ING Reports lets authorized organization members create structured field and occupational-safety reports from versioned templates, attach evidence, work offline, generate branded PDF reports and synchronize or send reports when connectivity is available.

Data we process

• Account and identity: Google account email, display name, provider subject identifier, organization membership and role.
• Organization and report data: organization/contact details, client and location information, report topics, field values, findings, descriptions, corrective measures, responsible parties, deadlines, priorities, notes and template versions.
• Media and documents: user-selected photographs/files, organization logo/branding and generated PDF reports.
• Recipients: email addresses and delivery metadata when a user requests report delivery.
• Technical and audit data: synchronization state, file hashes/sizes, timestamps, delivery state, audit events and errors needed for reliability and security.

Why we use the data

We use data to authenticate and authorize users, create and preserve reports, provide offline recovery, synchronize data, generate PDFs, deliver requested reports, manage organization roles/templates, prevent cross-organization access and maintain operational audit records.

Photos and speech input

The app uses the Android system file/photo picker to let the user select evidence and does not request direct camera permission. Voice dictation is launched through the Android speech-recognition interface and the app itself does not request microphone permission. The selected system recognition provider may process audio under its own terms; Safety ING Reports stores the resulting text only when the user keeps it as report content.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data and the app contains no advertising. Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the app, including Google for sign-in, the Android speech-recognition provider selected by the device, infrastructure/storage providers and the email provider used for requested report delivery. Safety ING Reports does not send report content to a third-party AI service in its production workflow.

Offline storage and security

Drafts, autosave recovery data and selected media can remain on the device while offline. When connectivity returns, authorized data is synchronized to organization-scoped server storage. Session tokens are encrypted with Android Keystore-backed protection. Server operations enforce organization and role boundaries and media integrity checks.

Retention

Finalized business reports may be retained by the relevant organization as operational, contractual or legal records. Draft and technical data are retained only as needed for service operation, recovery, security and applicable obligations. Local data remains on the device until removed by the user/app or uninstall, subject to Android behavior.

Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your Safety ING Reports account and associated personal data from inside the app via Privacy and account deletion, or externally at mikronik.netlify.app/delete-account. We will verify the request and delete account-linked data that is not required to be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, contractual or legal record-keeping reasons. Any required retained data will be limited to what is necessary.

This is a professional business application and is not directed to children.
