Professional occupational-safety inspection application

What this app does

Safety ING Gradilište supports authorized occupational-safety users in documenting construction-site inspections, findings, corrective actions, evidence and final PDF reports. Access is restricted to authorized organization members.

Data we process

• Account and identity: Google account email, display name, provider subject identifier, organization membership and role, and a pseudonymous installation identifier used for session/security purposes.
• Inspection and business data: organization, construction-site name/code/address, inspection timestamps and status, findings, descriptions, corrective measures, responsible parties, notes and report metadata.
• Media and evidence: photographs, optional voice recordings and confirmed transcripts, and signature/branding files when the organization uses those features.
• Recipients: email addresses entered or configured for report delivery.
• Technical and audit data: synchronization state, file hashes, timestamps, security/audit events and error information needed to operate and protect the service.

Why we use the data

We use the data to authenticate and authorize users, preserve and synchronize field work, document inspections, generate reports, deliver reports, maintain auditability, prevent duplicate or unauthorized changes, troubleshoot the service and meet legitimate business or legal record-keeping obligations.

Camera, microphone and speech

The app requests camera and microphone access for inspection evidence and voice workflows. Voice may be recorded as inspection evidence. Speech-to-text may also use the Android speech-recognition service available on the device. The selected speech provider may process audio under its own terms.

AI-assisted extraction

If the organization enables the AI-assisted finding extraction feature, a human-confirmed transcript and, when selected, an associated inspection photograph may be sent to OpenAI for the limited purpose of structuring the finding. The app does not use that integration for advertising or user profiling. Users should avoid including unrelated personal or sensitive information in inspection evidence.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data and the app contains no advertising. Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the app, including Google for sign-in, the device speech-recognition provider, OpenAI when the AI-assisted feature is used, infrastructure/storage providers, and the email provider or email application used for report delivery. These parties process data only for the relevant service function and under their applicable terms.

Offline storage and security

Field data can be stored locally so work can continue without an internet connection and synchronized later. Session credentials are protected using Android security facilities. Network traffic is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Server access is organization-scoped and role-based.

Retention

Inspection reports and evidence may form part of professional safety records and can be retained by the relevant organization for its operational, contractual or legal obligations. Account and technical data are retained only as long as needed for service operation, security and applicable obligations. Local app data remains on the device until removed by the app, user action or uninstall, subject to Android behavior.

Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your Safety ING app account and associated personal data from inside the app via Privacy and account deletion, or externally at mikronik.netlify.app/delete-account. We will verify the request and delete account-linked data that is not required to be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, contractual or legal record-keeping reasons. Any required retained data will be limited to what is necessary.

This is a professional business application and is not directed to children.
